409.1 SPECIFICS.

1. This award is based on the greatest percentage net increase in membership over the previous year, based on the prior calendar year.
2. The State Executive Secretary will compute percentage increases using the DeMolay International membership status reports of December of the previous two years.
3. In the event of a tie, each chapter will retain the trophy for an equal number of months during the ensuing year.
4. The State Association fee for each new initiate must be paid in full for a chapter to be eligible (except those chapters exempt from such payment because of being less than one year old.)
