This book contains the official rules and regulations for the Virginia State Association competitions and awards. It is the property of the chapter and should be made a part of the permanent records of the chapter.

Changes in the source documents may happen at any time. For purposes of Virginia State Association competitions, we will operate on a twelve month system which will begin and end on the last day of Conclave. Therefore, any rule changes will become effective after the next Conclave or in accordance with the Statutes of the Virginia State Association of DeMolay.
